He completed his MBBS and post-graduation in Ophthalmology from Gauhati Medical College and holds a permanent medical registration with the Assam Council of Medical Registration.
He has served in various clinical roles, including Medical & Health Officer, Emergency Medical Officer, and is currently working as a Registrar. Actively involved in academics, Dr. Ahmed has presented papers and posters at several state and zonal ophthalmology conferences organised by the Ophthalmology Society of Assam and the Eastern India Zonal Ophthalmological Congress.
